1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the y6bet platform and the user ("you" or "member"). y6bet is an online casino and sports betting service platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

If any member creates an account by providing a false age, y6bet reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all associated deposits and winnings. These Terms apply only to users in Bangladesh.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

y6bet accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

y6bet offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus and any associated winnings, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times.

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is one-time only and applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed.
• If bonuses are claimed across multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements may vary depending on the specific promotion.
• y6bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

y6bet's VIP program has five tiers. Based on regular play, members can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze tier — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver tier — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold tier — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum tier — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond tier — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback is automatically added to the account each week. Cashback amounts are directly withdrawable.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on y6bet:

• Each game has its own rules, which are stated on the relevant game page.
• If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a technical error or server disruption, y6bet reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wager.
• Attempting to gain abnormal winnings by exploiting bugs or errors in the game software will be considered fraud.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or the names of family members.
• Playing games or placing bets using illegal software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Fraudulently collecting bonuses, such as by using multiple people's identities.

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards y6bet staff or other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage and not reporting the matter to y6bet.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

y6bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false information is provided during identity or payment verification.
• If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• If evidence is found that the account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age.

Members may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, please contact live chat support. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balance before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
